GREETINGS AND CORDIAL GOOD WISHES TO EVERYBODY.

This is an appropriate moment to report on the activities of the HRAA during the past year and to thank you all for your continued support and interest.

The foremost task of the Executive Committee (EXCO) during this year has been to hold the authorities, particularly the Metro City and the local Subcouncil, to high standards of government, and to monitor service delivery, so that our region is always desirable, safe and enjoyable to live in, at reasonable cost.
